I not only remember Ed Ames but I had the opportunity to interview him in June along with a friend. It is 77 minutes long and the interview took place at his home in Beverly Hills. If you are interested in seeing the video, let me know and I’ll give you the url.

I have gotten so involved with Ed Ames recently, that I would love
to see anything you have, the url I am not familiar with so my daughter can help with that. My name is Marjorie Havlicek, and the
song I just love is from Marjorie Morningstar, just beautiful. If you
can help with anything I would really appreciate it. Thank you.

Yes, and he has been fighting against everything you espouse on this website for many years! Just sayin’. I don’t like seperating the artist from their actions. And he loves Sarah Palin btw.

I’m sorry to hear that, Sandy. I wasn’t aware of his politics. I’m afraid that’s true of too many of that generation. I do try not to separate the artist form their politics either. I’ll be more vigilant going forward!
